Weiß Schwarz anemoi Booster Adds New Art and a Signed AGR

The set also includes five new illustrations and foil stamped signatures from five cast members and four illustrators.

Inside the new booster

  • Release: Bushiroad released the Japanese anemoi booster on October 2.
  • Card lineup: The set has 100 normal card types and 116 parallel types.
  • First print feature: First print boxes include an AGR card with a handwritten autograph from Sae Hiratsuka, voice of Akane Tsujikura.

What the set includes

The Japanese release is already out, with Bushiroad listing eight cards per pack and ten packs per box. The card lineup includes 100 normal types and 116 parallel types. Bushiroad also lists five newly drawn illustrations featuring Akane Tsujikura, Aino Souwa, Hiiro Awayuki, Uta Shirato and Rikka Hayakawa.

“A handwritten autograph card featuring Sae Hiratsuka is included in the first edition only.”

Translated from Bushiroad’s official product page

Foil stamped signatures from the five cast members are also listed, alongside signatures from four illustrators: Na-Ga, Aoi Kimishima, Fumuyun and Yuunon Nagayama. The official product page identifies the AGR as a first edition feature. Its separate note that reprint inclusion is undecided applies to the box and carton promotional cards. Readers browsing other English language Weiß Schwarz boosters can also find the Goddess of Victory: NIKKE Vol. 2 booster box and the Re:ZERO Starting Life in Another World Vol. 3 booster box on TCGplayer.

Two different reprint details

Bushiroad lists one PR card per box from a pool of 24 types, and one PR card per carton from a pool of 10 types. The product page says whether those bonus cards will be included in reprints has not been decided. That uncertainty concerns the promotional cards, while the AGR is described as first edition only.

More than a signed chase

The five new illustrations give the release a visual draw beyond its autograph cards. For fans of anemoi, the set pairs familiar characters with new artwork while keeping its most distinctive autograph feature tied to the first print.
